By completing this application, the Applicant(s) certify and agree:

1. All statements made in this application are true and are made to obtain the loan requested.
2. The lender may retain a copy of this application even if the loan is not granted.
3. The lender or anyone authorised by the lender may obtain employment, credit, or other information relating to the Applicant(s) for this loan.
4. If the loan is approved, the lender may obtain additional employment, credit, or other information in connection with any updates, renewal, or extension of the loan, or for the solicitation of loan or insurance products.
5. Unless the Applicant(s) notifies the lender in writing, the lender may share employment, credit, or other information that it has concerning the Applicant(s) with an affiliate (if there is more than one Applicant each Applicant must notify the lender in writing to prevent the sharing of his/her information with the lender's affiliates). If notified, the lender will cease the sharing with an affiliate of any employment, credit, or other information that it receives after receipt of the Applicant's notice.
6. Upon request of the Applicant(s), the lender will provide the name and address of any credit bureau that issued a credit report on them.
7. Married Applicant(s) may apply for separate loan(s).
8. The lender or anyone authorised by the lender may inspect the Applicant's property securing this loan for the purpose of determining its value.
